REFUND POLICY :

(1) If you receive a courier package in poor condition or the packaging has been tampered with, please refuse the package. Don't dither to contact us at Support@Bagsbeauty.com. Please include your Order Number. The replacement package will be sent to you at no extra charge.

 

(2) Submit your return request to Support@Bagsbeauty within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Send us pictures and a courier opening video if you find a defect, and include your Order Number, Name, and Phone Number. We will either issue you a credit note or refund the purchase price.

 

(3) After we receive the products, our team will perform a quality check.

 

(4) If we do not have a pick-up courier service available at your location, you must ship the product yourself. You will be given a credit note if a defect occurs.

 

(5) For free shipping items, our logistic partner's actual shipping charges for sending and returning will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

(6) International customers have no return policy.
