(1) Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. We will ship the substitution product to you within 5-7 working days of receiving it. You can submit an exchange request by emailing hello Support@Bagsbeauty.In. You will inherit an assent mail from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted


(2) For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs for the return and resend.


(3) A pick-up will be scheduled, and a label will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, which must be printed and attached to the package for reverse pick-up.


(4) If you must ship the package yourself, please include your name, phone number, address, and order number on the package.


(5) Orders can only be returned in their original packaging. You must have to send the opening video for exchange.


(6) No return or exchange request will be accepted if submitted after 7 days of receiving the shipment.


(7) Exchanges are not permitted if the saree has fallen and edged, the product was customized for you, or the order is composed of more than 100 individual items.


(8) For free shipping products, our logistic partner's actual shipping charges for sending and returning will be subtracted from the refund amount.
